We are seeking a highly organized and customer service‑oriented individual to join our team as a part‑time Concierge in Lisbon. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check‑in process Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events Arrange transportation for guests as needed Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby area Assist with luggage handling and storage Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals Keep track of guest preferences and special requests Handle guest complaints in a timely manner, escalating to management when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• bachelor's degreepreferred
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English;
• additional languages a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and events
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Salary: The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
• Location: This position is based in the beautiful city of Lisbon.
