Inspire People is seeking an energetic Trainer to shape the learning experience of our teams in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support onboarding, coaching and knowledge development to drive performance and employee growth from day one.

The role emphasizes engaging delivery, developing materials and collaborating with team leaders to align learning with business goals, while fostering a positive learning culture and continuously improving programs.

Qualificações

• Experience in Training, Coaching, Learning & Development or similar roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Passion for people development and learning
• Ability to engage and motivate different audiences
• Proactive mindset and solution-oriented attitude

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new and existing employees
• Create and maintain training materials, guides and learning content
• Identify development needs and support continuous learning initiatives
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide performance feedback
• Coach employees to improve knowledge, soft skills and performance
• Collaborate with Ops and Team Leaders to align training with business goals
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Promote a positive and motivating learning environment
