Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years delivering behavioural training programmes.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Consulting background is highly valued.
• Proactive ownership, initiative and creativity expected.
• Excellent client orientation and relationship management.
• Clear communication, facilitation and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, coordinate and deliver behavioural training programmes for clients across different industries.
• Manage learning and development projects from conception through implementation and evaluation.
• Support the development of customised training solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions, both in-person and virtual environments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to the preparation of proposals and commercial presentations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative learning methodologies and content.
