BairesDev is seeking a BPM Consultant for a fully remote role. You will apply BPM to map processes for modernization efforts and work directly with clients across engagements.

The position emphasizes systems engineering, requirements gathering, and delivering modernization projects using cloud platforms such as Java, Go, or .NET. Excellent English is required.

BPM Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll apply Business Process Management discipline to application modernization efforts, using structured BPM methodology to map how legacy and mainframe-class systems operate before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to apply BPM best practices to a genuinely high-impact modernization context, working directly with clients throughout the engagement.

What You'll Do:
