Syffer is a dynamic consulting group delivering value through technology and human-centric solutions. We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain applications with Appian and Blue Prism, collaborate with analysts, and support testing and production issues.

You will build Celonis dashboards, model data, and work with stakeholders to define metrics. You will join a team embracing flexible work arrangements with hybrid options in Porto or Lisbon, offering equipment and a benefits

Qualificações

• Experience developing and maintaining applications using Appian.
• Experience developing and maintaining robotic process automation (RPA) solutions with Blue Prism.
• Experience collaborating with business analysts to gather and implement functional requirements.
• Experience supporting functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Experience investigating production issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of process mining concepts and dashboard development using Celonis.
• Experience with data modelling and transforming data from relational databases and Excel sources.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Review bugs and develop enhancements across multiple banking applications, including Mortgage Contract Amendments, Mortgage Discharges, Loan Repayments and Settlements, Customer Transfers, Account Changes, and shared components used by multiple applications.
• Develop applications from scratch in close collaboration with business analysts.
• Support and monitor testing activities carried out by QA testers and business users.
• Collaborate with the production support team to investigate production issues and identify root causes.
• Review bugs and develop enhancements for multiple Blue Prism robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
• Perform annual updates to the SME Leader application process, implementing changes required to accommodate differences in yearly IES forms.
• Support and monitor testing activities carried out by business users for Blue Prism solutions.
• Perform data discovery activities to identify data sources for new Celonis dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define dashboard metrics and analytical requirements.
• Build data models in Celonis, typically using data extracted from databases into Excel, and develop dashboards based on existing models.
• Contribute to process mining initiatives, including projects related to card operations and fraud analysis.
• Hybrid work model in Porto or Lisbon.
