CTS Group in Porto, Portugal is seeking a BIM Information Controller to manage, control and maintain project information across the design and construction lifecycle within the Common Data Environment (CDE). The role emphasizes quality, compliance and efficient digital collaboration, supporting the Information Manager and multidisciplinary teams.

You will ensure documentation is traceable, correctly classified and available to stakeholders, while coordinating submission, review and approval

Qualificações

• Diploma or certification in Engineering, Document Control, Information Management or related technical discipline.
• Experience in document control, information management, or engineering environments on large projects.
• Good understanding of document management procedures, workflows and revision control.
• Hands-on with Common Data Environment platforms and digital collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with BIM methodologies and ISO 19650 standards is desirable.
• Ability to maintain structured document registers and produce clear reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with project information standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain project documentation within the CDE, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Implement and oversee document control procedures throughout design and construction stages.
• Maintain document registers, metadata, naming conventions, and revision info.
• Coordinate timely submission, review, and approval of project documentation.
• Support effective use of CDE platforms and ensure proper workflows and status codes.
• Assist in implementing ISO 19650 aligned information management processes.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, construction and project management teams.
• Provide guidance and training on document control procedures and CDE workflows.
• Generate reports and dashboards tracking progress, status and KPIs.
• Perform regular quality checks and address non-compliance or gaps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of information management practices.
