Start Campus is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of BIM processes across data center projects. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will ensure BIM is integrated from concept through handover to deliver data-rich models for cost control and efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in BIM management, proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC, and fluency in English and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of BIM management experience in large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong command of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Experience with ISO 19650 workflows, BIM standards, and document management best practices.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility design.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and manage the company's BIM strategy, standards, and workflows (ISO 19650).
• Develop and maintain BEPs for all projects and ensure adherence by teams.
• Lead BIM integration across design, coordination, construction, and handover phases.
