CTS Group in Porto, Portugal seeks a BIM Engineer – Planning 4D to integrate BIM with construction planning. You will link 3D models with construction schedules, visualize sequences, and identify risks to improve project delivery.

A Master’s in Engineering and 3+ years in BIM roles are expected, with knowledge of BIM standards and data exchange. Role includes developing BIM standards, analytics, and dashboards (Power BI), and providing planning support across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical.
• 3+ years of BIM management, engineering, coordination, or BIM specialist roles.
• Experience in complex multidisciplinary construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM methods, standards, and data exchange.
• Ability to interpret and coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction.
• Experience with 4D planning and construction simulation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Power BI for planning data analysis and visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement BIM-based 4D planning workflows linking 3D models with programmes.
• Analyse complex construction programmes for sequencing constraints and risks.
• Coordinate BIM and planning information across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop analytics, KPIs, and dashboards to evaluate project performance.
• Create BIM project standards and guidelines for planning and data exchange.
• Transform planning data into reports and technical presentations.
• Apply Power BI to develop interactive analytics and dashboards.
• Provide BIM planning support to project teams and identify optimization opportunities.
• Communicate technical findings and performance indicators to stakeholders.
• Travel to project locations to facilitate BIM planning and delivery.
