Job summary

MoOngy is seeking a detail-driven Billing & Operational Control Officer in Caparica, Portugal. The role combines finance operations, billing accuracy, and cross-team collaboration in a hybrid setting (office 2x per week).

You will ensure time tracking, consultant allocation, and timely invoicing, while validating data, managing purchase orders, and supporting client onboarding. A +3 years background in billing/finance and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing/finance operations or control (3+ years).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with ERP and Excel (mandatory); Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
• Degree in Economics, Management or similar.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate time tracking and consultant allocation.
• Validate and consolidate monthly billing data.
• Detect and correct inconsistencies to guarantee invoicing accuracy.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Prepare and issue invoices on time.
• Support client onboarding (compliance & documentation).
• Work closely with finance, operations & commercial teams.
