Kenvue is hiring a Payroll Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract based in Lisbon, Portugal. The role requires English and Portuguese/Spanish language skills and will operate within a hybrid work setup.

The analyst will design payroll processes, ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with global teams to optimize reporting and automation. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll administration experience.
• Strong payroll systems, tax rules, and compliance knowledge.
• Clear communication and confidentiality.
• Ability to adapt to evolving payroll regulations and technology.

Responsabilités

• Design streamlined payroll processes for Portuguese and Spanish-speaking teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop payroll reporting tools.
• Serve as the primary contact for payroll inquiries with bilingual communication.
• Analyze payroll data trends to identify automation and efficiency gains.
• Maintain payroll policies and procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare payroll and payroll tax reports.
