Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Junior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist in a hybrid model. The role supports end-to-end O2C activities across orders, invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and master data maintenance in an global diabetes technology project.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance, 6+ months in AR/O2C, strong French and advanced English, and solid MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance is required.
• At least 6 months experience in Accounts Receivable, O2C or Finance Operations; 2-5 years is a plus.
• Strong French and advanced English (C1) is required.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proficient MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and inquiries accurately and on time.
• Generate invoices and credit notes following company policies.
• Perform daily cash application of customer payments.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Handle simple queries and escalate complex disputes when needed.
• Assist with reconciliations, month-end and quarter-end closing, and audits.
• Maintain updated customer master data in the ERP system.
