Job summary

TeamViewer, located in Porto, is seeking a Sales Representative for the Dutch market. In this role, you will establish and expand business relationships, negotiate sales contracts, and collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Are you a salesperson at heart? Then join our sales team as a Sales Representative for the Dutch market and be responsible for establishing successful new business relationships resulting in the company's growth!

• Establish and expand business relationships with TeamViewer customers via telephone, e-mail and chat
• Identify cross and up‑sell potentials and distribute the entire TeamViewer product platform
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to ensure that your monthly goals are met
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Support and Retention, to ensure a high level of service satisfaction
• Stay on top of industry trends, competitors and market conditions

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory
• Experience in sales, ideally with up‑selling and cross‑selling
• Ideally experience in the IT environment with SaaS knowledge
• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international team
