You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, guiding customers through reservations and rental options, always aiming to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Fluent or near-native French and strong English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer and digital-tool skills.
• Customer-focused and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Previous contact-center or customer-service experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service through phone, email and messaging channels.
• Support customers before, during and after the vehicle rental process.
• Provide clear information about reservations, rental options and services.
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally and within timelines.
• Identify customer needs and upsell relevant services.
• Support post-rental topics including invoice and damage queries.
