CallForTalents is hiring for an on-site customer service role in Porto, Portugal. The successful candidate will handle inquiries in French and English across phone, email and chat channels, guiding customers through the rental journey and offering suitable services.

The role suits those with excellent communication, a customer-focused attitude, and comfort in a dynamic environment. Prior contact-center experience is a plus; contract spans six months with a structured weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent or near-native French and strong English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer and digital-tools skills.
• Customer-focused, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Strong sales awareness and ability to identify business opportunities are a plus.
• Previous contact-center or customer-service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong team-player mindset and good conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized customer service through phone, email and messaging channels.
• Support customers before, during and after the vehicle rental process.
• Provide clear information about reservations, rental options and available services.
• Resolve customer questions and issues professionally and within expected timelines.
• Identify customer needs and recommend relevant additional services where appropriate.
• Support post-rental topics, including invoice- and damage-related queries.
