JoB Training & Coaching in Lisbon is seeking a highly analytical, multilingual Technical Support Specialist to guide B2B/B2C users through complex platform features and integrations.

You will troubleshoot, manage incidents, contribute to knowledge bases, and collaborate with global teams. The role requires fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch, plus professional English, and is based on-site in Lisbon with 40 hours per week and rotating shifts starting December 2025.

Qualificações

• Fluency in French, Italian, German, or Dutch and professional English proficiency.
• Experience in technical support, IT, or digital troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality technical support to platform users, including complex search and account management.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across multiple channels; escalate bugs when needed.
• Create and update knowledge articles and FAQs based on trends and new features.
• Meet KPIs for resolving time, CSAT, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless global service delivery.
