Cross Border Talents in Porto, Portugal seeks a Customer Service Representative to support a leading European car rental brand across phone, email, and messaging channels. You will manage inquiries, reservations, and post-rental support with a strong focus on French and English communication.

The role emphasizes sales opportunities, digital tools proficiency, and professional interaction across touchpoints. Relocation assistance includes housing for up to 12 months; a 6-month contract is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level proficiency in French and English.
• 1+ years of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred).
• Strong sales skills.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services to customers.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Conflict resolution abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent personalized service and assist clients through communication channels including phone, email, and messaging.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental reservations and modalities.
• Suggest and add information about services to meet customer needs.
• Assist clients with inquiries and support them throughout the rental process (Before Rental, During Rental, and After Rental).
• Handle post-rental issues, including invoices and damages.
• Engage with clients through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and support excellence in both French and English.
