Webook seeks a Customer Care Representative in Portugal to join its international team. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, resolve issues, and collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years in a call center or customer support environment and fluency in English and Portuguese. The position involves rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, and uses CRM systems to manage customer interactions.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Good computer literacy and confident use of standard office applications
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls across channels (voice, WhatsApp, social, email, live chat)
• Provide information and resolve customer inquiries to enhance satisfaction
• Support client merchants and service providers by collecting feedback and leads
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department and follow up
• Maintain accurate customer records and case logs in the CRM system
• Achieve individual KPIs such as quality scores and resolution times
