Haworth in Portugal is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage the end-to-end AP cycle within our Finance Shared Service Center. You will process invoices, expenses and intercompany items, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close in a fast-paced, international setting.

Ideal candidates have a accounting/finance background, 1–2 years of experience or recent grads, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate in English, French, and Portuguese.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience preferred; graduates welcome.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Accounts Payable process from invoice to payment.
• Process supplier invoices, expenses, intercompany transactions, debit notes.
• Perform vendor, bank, and intercompany account reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and ensure proper financial recording.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and payment issues with suppliers.
• Collaborate across teams and international partners for smooth processes.
• Maintain documentation and ensure policy compliance and audit readiness.
• Assist audits by providing needed information and records.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
