LUZA Group is seeking a BI Specialist/Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize BI reports and dashboards. You will manage data cubes, ensure data accuracy, and translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions.

The role emphasizes SQL, Power BI, and Azure-based BI environments, with collaboration across business and tech teams. A hybrid work model is offered along with delivery of required equipment and a benefits plan.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as BI Specialist/Developer/Analyst.
• Strong Power BI reporting and data cubes/OLAP experience.
• Skilled with SQL and cloud-based BI environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and monitor data cubes, ensuring data accuracy, availability and performance.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI reporting solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot reporting and cube-related issues.
• Work with data sources and databases to ensure the quality and consistency of BI information.
• Support the evolution and optimization of the BI environment.
• Work with Azure-based data and BI solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reporting and data analysis solutions.

• Strong experience with Power BI and BI reporting;
• Experience working with data cubes / OLAP / SSAS;
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases;
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based BI/data environments;
• Analytical mindset and ability to understand business requirements;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
