LUZA Group seeks an experienced Senior BI professional to partner with stakeholders, translate business needs into reporting solutions, and lead the testing and deployment of BI reports. You will drive data-driven insights across international teams and support SIT/UAT processes.

Ideally, you bring 8+ years in BI, strong Power BI capabilities, and experience with Data Lake architectures, enabling efficient, scalable reporting across the organization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, FP&A, Data Analytics or related areas.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development and reporting solutions.
• Experience coordinating or supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyse Operational BI reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with the OPBI template team to implement standard reporting solutions.
• Support the design, development and enhancement of Operational BI reports based on business needs.
• Coordinate SIT and support UAT.
• Track reporting requirements through the design, build, testing and deployment lifecycle.
• Manage OPBI cutover activities and provide post go-live hypercare support.
• Ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven reporting solutions.
• Drive reporting improvements and contribute to continuous process optimisation.

Who You Are:

• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Experience coordinating or supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Project Management mindset with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive results.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Fluent in English.
