Neotalent Conclusion in Lisbon is seeking a BI Specialist to develop scalable data solutions, integrate data into enterprise Data Warehouses, and deliver BI through Power BI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting strategic decisions and daily operations. Applicants should have strong T-SQL, ETL, Databricks, PySpark, and Power BI expertise.

Qualificações

Role Overview

We are looking for a BI Specialist to join our teams in a challenging data-driven environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable data solutions, integrating and transforming data into enterprise Data Warehouses, and delivering impactful business intelligence solutions through Power BI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

What you will do

• Develop, optimise, and maintain advanced T-SQL procedures, functions, and queries, ensuring high performance and scalability;
• Design and implement data integration processes using Databricks, PySpark, SparkSQL, and ETL methodologies to support Data Warehouse initiatives;
• Create and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets, leveraging advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modelling techniques;
• Deliver actionable insights and KPI monitoring solutions that support informed business decisions across operational, analytical, and strategic areas;
• Apply best practices for data governance, security, performance optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of BI solutions.

What you are like

• Experience in T-SQL development, including query tuning, stored procedures, functions, and performance optimisation;
• Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and Data Warehouse concepts;
• Experience with Power BI development, including dashboards, datasets, advanced DAX calculations, Power Query, and semantic data modelling;
• Proficient in Databricks, with hands-on experience using PySpark and SparkSQL for large-scale data processing;
• Comfortable working with Python and familiar with automation and scripting tools; knowledge of PowerShell is considered a plus;
• Fluency in English.
