Job summary

iTRTech Group is looking for a Senior Benchmarking & Multi-Vendor Optimization Engineer to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on assessing and optimizing mobile networks across LTE, VoLTE, and 5G, leveraging multi-vendor know-how to improve performance and customer experience.

You will analyze drive test data, KPIs, and OSS outputs, work with Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson environments, and deliver actionable optimization plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile network optimization and benchmarking.
• Experience with multi-vendor networks (Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson).
• Proven benchmarking and competitive analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN and optimization methodologies.
• Experience with OSS and drive test tools (TEMS/Nemo/GENEX/Actix).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Power BI/Tableau).
• Spanish and English at B2+ or above with ability to explain findings.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced engineer to assess and optimize mobile network performance across multiple technologies and vendors. You will combine benchmarking, competitive analysis, and radio optimization to improve network quality and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end network benchmarking and competitive performance assessments.
• Analyze drive test results, customer experience metrics, and KPIs to identify coverage, capacity, mobility, and service performance improvements.
• Develop and implement optimization plans across LTE, VoLTE, and 5G NSA/SA networks.
• Validate advanced network features and assess their impact on performance.
• Prepare benchmarking reports, present recommendations, and support technical discussions with operators and stakeholders.
• Work across Huawei, Nokia, Ericsson, and other vendor environments, mentoring junior engineers and providing technical leadership when required.

Requirements

• Experience with OSS and performance management platforms, plus drive test analysis tools such as TEMS Investigation, Nemo Outdoor, GENEX Probe, and Actix Analyzer.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Spanish and English at B2+ or above, with the ability to explain technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
