Job summary

iTRTech Group is seeking a Solution Engineer – Design to contribute to network planning and deployment, focusing on design, integration, validation and acceptance.

You will work with Managed Services, NPI, Care and R&D teams to deliver core network solutions, support subscriber database migrations, and resolve technical challenges during deployment.

This role blends hands-on engineering, technical documentation and customer collaboration in a telecommunications environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in telecommunications with core network experience.
• Experience designing and implementing HLR/HSS and SDL, EIR, MNP.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Solution Engineer — Design to contribute to network planning and deployment, with a focus on design, integration, validation and acceptance.

You will work closely with Managed Services, New Product Introduction, Care and R&D teams to deliver core network solutions, support subscriber database migrations and resolve technical challenges during deployment.

This opportunity combines hands‑on engineering, technical documentation and customer collaboration within a telecommunications environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, plan and implement core network elements.
• Perform project deployments, integrations and testing.
• Integrate Subscriber Data Management (SDM) solutions and migrate subscriber databases.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and analyse call flows to deliver solutions to customers.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including LLD, CIQ, DND, ATP and MOP.
• Manage testing and acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams throughout design, integration, validation and acceptance.

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications.
• Experience designing and implementing core network elements such as HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP and EIR.
• Experience integrating SDM solutions and migrating subscriber databases for HLR, HSS, SDL, EIR and MNP.
• Experience with cloud environments, virtualisation and VNF deployments, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and router and switch configuration.
• Strong understanding of HLR, HSS and SDL subscriber profiles, as well as HP products.
• Basic scripting skills in Shell, Perl, Python and Ansible.
• Ability to troubleshoot call flow issues and provide customer‑focused technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of 3G, 4G and 5G mobile networks and advanced operating systems.
• Advanced English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Must be based in Europe.

The Ideal Profile

You are comfortable working with Linux‑based environments, cloud technologies and deployment tools. You approach troubleshooting methodically, produce clear technical documentation and collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers to resolve issues.
