Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or application operations in a complex enterprise.
• Strong understanding of incident and problem management and IT service management processes.
• Experience with IT service management and documentation tools (Jira/Confluence).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for complex application issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze recurring IT incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective measures to improve application reliability and reduce service disruptions.
• Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot application errors in test environments with developers, software vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor banking applications and IT systems, optimize monitoring processes, and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure and administer banking applications, including OpenLease, and manage system settings and user roles per business requirements.
• Provide first- and second-level application support and contribute to major incident management and communication with stakeholders.
• Process user access requests and manage permissions per security policies and access management standards.
• Document investigations, workarounds, configuration changes, and incident resolutions with knowledge base updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across application operations, incident management, monitoring, and IT service delivery.
