Proven Python experience (2+ years) and a solid Linux/SQL foundation are essential. You will build, maintain, and optimize core processes, collaborate with infrastructure teams, and contribute to reliable, scalable systems.

• Database Management: Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis, extraction, and processing.
• System Reliability: Ensure high reliability, performance, and maintainability of all developed solutions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside infrastructure and system administration teams to manage users, permissions, and technical processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve systems, performance, and overall platform architecture.

About the Role

This role combines software development, automation, and hands-on work in Linux environments. It is ideal for professionals who enjoy building robust solutions, optimizing processes, and collaborating closely with infrastructure and system administration teams.

While Python is the primary language used for development, parts of the existing systems are implemented in Perl. Therefore, we highly value candidates who are adaptable and eager to learn or work with different technologies.

Key Requirements

Mandatory

• Proven experience in software development using Python (2+ years).
• Solid knowledge of Linux and comfort working within Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL.
• Hands-on experience with scripting and operational automation.
• Proficiency with Git and standard software development best practices.

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of Perl (or a strong willingness to work with and maintain legacy Perl codebases).
• Understanding of user management, permissions, and access control mechanisms.
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks and workflows.
• Experience working with business-critical production environments.
