Job summary

Randstad Portugal seeks a remote-based specialist fluent in Dutch and English to manage commercial leads and employee requests through its platform. You will contact clients to understand needs and ensure timely follow-up, acting as a business-to-business sales representative focused on lead generation.

The role requires fixed residence in Portugal with a reliable internet connection and a proactive, solution-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (min. C2) and English (C1) is required.
• Proficiency in IT and digital tools is expected.
