Job summary

Constellation Automotive Group Tech Hub is seeking an experienced Technical Lead (Azure) for a hybrid role based in Coimbra. You will guide a team of integration engineers, shaping secure, scalable Azure-based solutions and driving modern cloud practices.

The role combines architecture leadership with hands-on delivery, emphasizing observability, reliability, and cost optimisation across enterprise integrations within a dynamic automotive tech environment.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience delivering enterprise integration solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Provide technical and people leadership to a team of integration engineers, mentoring and developing talent.
Drive best practices across API management, event-driven architectures, cloud-native integrations, and platform engineering.
Champion modern engineering approaches including CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), automation, and AI-assisted development.
Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security, and Engineering stakeholders to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Promote operational excellence through observability, reliability, governance, and cost optimisation.
