Constellation Automotive Group Tech Hub in Coimbra is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams, translate vision into actionable roadmaps, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Product for Planning & Delivery, you will remove impediments, manage dependencies, optimize velocity, and champion Agile practices, continuous improvement and value realization.

• Delivery management of large, complex initiatives with ownership.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leads and empowers teams to achieve outcomes.
• Maintains delivery momentum by tracking dependencies and cadence.
• Budgeting and resource management to deliver on time and within budget.
• Strong Agile/Lean experience; proficient in Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Collaborates across cross‑functional teams and adapts to change.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate initiatives, ensure milestones and deadlines, and resolve issues to maintain progress.
• Provide regular stakeholder updates on status, benefits, risks and actions.
• Lead delivery lifecycle; ensure rigorous testing and early value realization.
• Align with Engineering, Design, Product Service Delivery and the business on vision, roadmap, and delivery plan.
• Identify risks and issues; maintain reporting and contingency plans.
• Budget forecasting and cost tracking; optimize resource allocation and savings.
• Improve Agile processes; promote Test Automation, CI/CD, and reduce tech debt.
