iCapital is seeking a systems thinker with strong visual design skills to design, build, and maintain reusable design system foundations and components, ensuring accessible, high‑quality user experiences.

You will partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify reusable opportunities and evolve the design system to support emerging product needs, including evolving AI infrastructure and adoption across teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Product Design with 2+ years evolving design systems.
• Proven ability to build and maintain design systems at scale.
• Strong visual and UI design with attention to detail.
• Expert level in Figma, including library management and components.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain reusable design system foundations, components, patterns, templates, and docs.
• Contribute to evolving the design system into AI infrastructure.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify reusable opportunities and evolve the system.
• Review and guide design system contributions from product designers.
• Champion the design system by educating teams and driving adoption.
