Ashby seeks a Design Engineer to blend UX/UI with engineering, contributing to a growing team and a scalable Design System. You will ship product changes from day one, pairing with peers to learn, contribute, and implement design-driven features for our Talent Acquisition software.

You will collaborate with Product Engineers to enhance information hierarchy, wireframe new flows, and deliver reusable components across the Design System, enabling rapid, consistent UI across hundreds of users.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and CSS.
• Familiarity with GraphQL, Node.js, Postgres and Redis.
• Proficiency with backend technologies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work on challenging design problems.
• Expand and enhance the in-house Design System.
• Consult on bespoke design work needed by Product Engineers.
• Redesign the mobile web app by talking with customers, wireframing new flows, and implementing the Design System to make wireframes a reality.
• Build flexible, composable components in the Design System to allow engineers to build consistent setup wizards.
• Help Product Engineers improve information hierarchy and scannability for features like candidate assessments.
