Kngloo España is seeking a Channel Development professional to build and optimize dealership channels in Portugal for our automotive brands. You will identify and recruit dealers, negotiate contracts, and drive market expansion across undeveloped regions.

You will own sales targets for the dealer network, breakdown objectives for each partner, and support improvements in retail performance, conversion rates, and inventory turnover.

Qualificações

• Experience in the automotive industry or channel sales.
• Proven experience in dealer network development.
• Candidates with successful channel expansion cases preferred.
• Familiarity with automotive channel models, including dealership systems and regional distribution structures.

Responsabilidades

• Develop dealership channels in the Portuguese market for the brands represented.
• Identify, evaluate, and recruit dealers with strong financial capabilities and sales potential.
• Lead channel negotiations and contract signings to expand in undeveloped regions.
• Take responsibility for dealer network sales targets and annual/quarterly objectives.
• Break down targets for dealers and set up tracking and supervision.
• Support dealers to improve retail sales, conversion, and inventory turnover.
• Manage dealer onboarding, regional distribution, and day-to-day operations.
