What you'll do

• Lead the design, development, testing, and commissioning of automation projects that enhance production efficiency.
• Modify and upgrade existing automation equipment to meet evolving production goals and standards.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and support to the maintenance team to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Interpret and create precise electrical circuits, diagrams, and technical documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into production processes.

Performance

You will own the delivery of automation projects that reduce downtime and increase production reliability. Your data-driven approach will ensure continuous improvements in equipment performance and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Factory Maintenance Manager and works within a dedicated Automation Department.
