Axians is seeking an Application Production Support Technician to join an international financial services project. You will provide high‑level functional and technical support for PnL applications, manage incidents, and orchestrate changes with thorough testing across EMEA.

Ideal candidates will have strong SQL Server, SSAS/SSRS, and monitoring tool experience, plus scripting skills in Python or PowerShell. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in application and user support in high‑pressure production environments (investment banking preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS and ClickHouse.
• Good ITIL process knowledge and experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools; scripting with Python or PowerShell.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high‑level functional and technical support for PnL applications across EMEA during business hours and on‑call.
• Respond to incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, diagnosing and resolving to minimize downtime.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis into recurring issues to implement permanent solutions.
• Maintain composure in trading environments; coordinate releases and ensure testing.
• Assist in changes to environments and validate connectivity, performance, and security controls.
• Ensure changes are documented and communicated to stakeholders.
• Design automated processes to reduce manual intervention and scale support.
• Lead pilots or PoCs to improve efficiency or reduce costs.
• Interface between Infrastructure, App Development, Security and business owners.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge repository; liaise between London and global support hubs.
