Continental is seeking a finance automation-minded professional to join the Iberia Controlling team. You’ll learn month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis while modernizing processes.

You’ll automate repetitive tasks, build Power BI reports, and partner with the automation group to scope impactful improvements. English, plus Spanish/Portuguese, are valued as the team collaborates across Iberia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative/technical field.
• 0–4 years of experience; finance exposure a plus.
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL/Python skills.

Responsabilidades

• Learn controlling tasks: month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate them for efficiency.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting for monthly outputs.
• Collaborate with automation team to scope improvements.
• Share and document your work to empower teammates.
