Continental in Iberia seeks a finance-minded engineer or data-driven professional to join the Controlling team. You will learn month-end close, budgeting, and variances while building Power BI reports to drive insights.

You will identify repetitive tasks, automate improvements, and collaborate with the automation team to modernize finance processes, gaining broad exposure within a multinational structure.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field; finance exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to solve quantitative problems and automate processes.
• Willingness to learn accounting/finance concepts and use data tools.

Responsabilidades

• Learn month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Spot manual tasks and automate them with fast wins.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting for Controlling.
• Collaborate with automation teams to scope impactful projects.
• Document and share your work to empower teammates.
