Continental is seeking a finance-minded problem-solver to join its Iberia Controlling team, based in Iberia (Spain and Portugal). The role blends learning finance with modern data habits, teaching accounting basics while you automate processes and improve reporting.

You will automate manual tasks, develop Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with the automation group. Ideal candidates are quantitative, Excel-savvy, and fluent in Spanish/Portuguese with English proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, mechanical, chemical, or management engineering, business administration, or information systems.
• 0-4 years of experience; finance exposure not required but preferred.
• Advanced Excel and comfort with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus working English.
• Structured, fast-thinking mindset with automation focus.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and take on real controlling work: Month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis.
• Spot manual tasks and automate them with quick wins.
• Build and maintain Power BI reporting to avoid hand-crafted outputs each month.
• Collaborate with the automation team to scope improvements for controlling.
• Share and document what you build, enabling teammates to reuse it.
