Prime Nearshore is seeking Senior Atlassian/Jira professionals to join an international project in the Banking sector. You will help design and evolve Jira Cloud architecture, define governance, and ensure platform maintainability across a large organization.

You will work in a multinational environment on integrations, migrations, security, and documentation, with opportunities to lead governance and project coordination for various streams.

About the Project

We are looking for Senior Atlassian / Jira professionals to join an international project within the Banking sector.

You will be part of a DevOps environment supporting the deployment, evolution, and governance of Jira Cloud and the Atlassian ecosystem across a large-scale organization

Depending on your expertise, you may contribute to Jira architecture, technical implementation, configuration, integrations, migrations, governance, or project coordination.

You will work in an international and multicultural environment, collaborating closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and business teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable Atlassian solutions.

Your Responsibilities

You may be responsible for designing and evolving the Jira Cloud architecture, defining standards and governance principles, and ensuring the consistency and maintainability of the platform.

You will contribute to the configuration and implementation of Jira workflows, issue types, screens, fields, roles, permissions, notifications, and other Jira components.

You will support the integration of Jira with other tools and systems, as well as the definition and execution of data migration plans between Jira instances or from third-party tools.

You will also contribute to technical and functional documentation, workshops, solution design, security and access management, and the adoption of Atlassian best practices.

For profiles with a stronger project management focus, you may also be involved in project governance, stakeholder management, coordination of different streams, reporting, risk management, and client communication.

Your Profile

You have solid experience working with Jira and the Atlassian ecosystem, ideally in enterprise environments.

You are comfortable working with complex Jira environments and have a strong understanding of Jira Cloud architecture, configuration, workflows, permissions, integrations, security, and data migration.

Depending on your specialization, you may have experience as an Atlassian Architect, Jira Technical Consultant, Atlassian Engineer, Jira Expert, Technical Lead, or Technical Project Manager.

You are autonomous, proactive, rigorous, and comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience working in large organizations, particularly within Banking or Financial Services, is highly valued.

• Workflows, issue types, screens, fields and notifications
• Roles, permission schemes and access management
• Atlassian security and governance
• Jira integrations and enterprise tool architecture
• Data migration between Jira instances or third-party tools
• Technical and functional documentation
• Jira administration and configuration
• Project governance and technical coordination
• Knowledge of broader DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD, automation, APIs and enterprise integration environments is considered a plus.

Languages

French: Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
