emagine is seeking a senior Atlassian Data Center Administrator to ensure the availability, performance and reliability of Jira and Confluence Data Center platforms. You will lead upgrades, plugin management and governance, coordinating with infrastructure teams and end users.

The role requires 5+ years of Jira/Confluence administration and 3+ years in Data Center environments, with strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.

• Senior profile with 5+ years of experience administering Atlassian Jira & Confluence.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Atlassian Data Center environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the availability, stability and performance of Jira & Confluence Data Center platforms.
• Maintain platform reliability with a low number of major incidents.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Plan and execute Jira, Confluence and plugin upgrades.
• Validate and test platform updates before production.
• Ensure compatibility and maintenance of Atlassian plugins (e.g. Exalate).
• Work closely with infrastructure teams managing: Linux Servers, Databases, Storage, Data Center Clusters, Load Balancers.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation.
• Support integrations with other platforms such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Other Atlassian instances.
• Atlassian Cloud administration knowledge is considered a strong plus.

Platform Administration & Service Quality

• Ensure the availability, stability and performance of Jira & Confluence Data Center platforms.
