Genpact Ltd. is seeking an Associate for Insurance - P&C Underwriting in a hybrid role in Portugal.

You will be the entry point for policy administration escalations, coordinating with policy administrators and leaders, and ensuring accurate data entry according to client standards while delivering high-quality service. The position emphasizes collaboration across teams, support for process improvements, and ongoing learning in an innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Economic studies or similar domain required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under high volume.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Dutch language proficiency required (Advanced/C1).
• Experience in insurance is an advantage.

Responsabilités

Job Description - Insurance_Policy Administration Associate Responsibilities

• Key entry point for all escalations with external and internal stakeholders by answering all questions which fall within the Admin scope, and determine and execute the transfer of all other questions to the relevant departments/roles
• Be a liaison between Policy Administrators, Team Coordinators and Team Leaders
• Accurate, timely and efficient data entry of insurance risks as per the client standards to achieve Service Excellence, as well as general administrative duties
• Delivers exceptional service standards/KPI’s
• Be a backup to Team Coordinator by helping to keep the relevant KIs updated and perform analysis and preparation of management information reports as requested using various reporting tolls and methods
• Participate and provide support to process improvement projects
• Contributing to technical support and procedural best practice and support
• Provide new ideas and support the Management Team regarding execution
• Accountable to have a backup for your senior tasks (within admins). Perform more complex and time-consuming tasks
• Act as point of reference for technical and procedural best practice for other team members within the Policy Administration Team
• Support new staff training and actively participate on new tasks transition
• Maintain and update process documentation

Qualifications Economic studies (e.g. finance, accounting or similar domains) - BA Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a member of various teams Excellent accuracy and attention to detail and Quality to produce high quality output even when dealing with high volume and under pressure Curious, willing to learn and showing a challenging conventions spirit Ability to organize, prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines Demonstrating personal integrity Personable, able to develop rapport easily and build relationships Good Customer Focus

Preferred qualifications Personal culture and client management expertise. High motivation and ability to learn. Ability to work under time pressure. Experience in insurance is an advantage.
