Job summary

Michael Kors is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment in Lisbon. You will own store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and implement proactive business strategies with the management team, while coaching colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences and brand standards.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, analyze performance data, and collaborate with the management team to meet and exceed store targets.

Responsibilities
