Pandora is seeking a Store Manager for its Boutique Santa Catarina. You will co-lead with the Shop Manager to ensure compliance with procedures, maintain Pandora standards, and lead sales initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales figures, presenting products, scheduling the team, training staff, and managing stock. A dynamic, customer-focused leader will thrive in this role.

Qualificações

• Retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily sales figures and KPIs to drive action plans.
• Ensure Pandora standards for product presentation and customer service.
• Help organize team schedules based on productivity needs.
• Execute sales activities and Visual Merchandising campaigns.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional Fans experience.
• Assist in stock and order management.
• Lead a key business project aligned with store goals.
