Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking an Assistant Head Waiter (M/F) for Tivoli Marina VilamourA Algarve Resort. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

You will collaborate with the F&B team, manage guest interactions, upsell products, and maintain high standards in service, cleanliness, and accuracy of orders. A hospitality background and strong English skills are valued.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in hotel/hospitality or related industries is valuable.
• Vocational training in hospitality/F&B.
• Fluency in local language and knowledge of English is valuable.
• Experience with POS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented and sales-minded.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and promote satisfaction.
• Welcome guests according to company standards.
• Maintain contact with guests during meals and events.
• Know frequent guests and their preferences.
• Promote restaurant products and services.
• Review daily specials with the F&B team.
• Coordinate with Kitchen to ensure accurate orders.
• Set up and clean tables and meeting rooms.
• Follow brand standards for setup, quality and service.
• Process payments using the POS and upsell when possible.
• Keep outlets clean, neat, and guest-ready.
• Adhere to health regulations and customer service guidelines.
