Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort is looking for a Bar Assistant to deliver outstanding guest experiences in our bars and outlets. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure accurate, timely service in collaboration with the F&B team.

Qualificações

• Hospitality/F&B experience or training preferred.
• Fluent in local language; good English is valued.
• Ability to work with POS and restaurant software.
• Customer-focused, with strong communication and upselling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards.
• Take orders, process payments and handle bills at the POS.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for accurate, timely delivery.
• Upsell and promote bar and restaurant offerings to guests.
• Maintain bar and dining area cleanliness and setup.
