Pestana Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the housekeeping operation at Pestana Porto Covo Village. The role focuses on maintaining hotel cleanliness, order and presentation in line with brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in executive housekeeping, be proficient with Opera software, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively train staff and resolve guest concerns.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in executive housekeeping or similar role.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
• Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Organise inventories with accounts and General Store for linen, uniform, and fixed assets.
• Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
• Prepare reports for management information.
• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
• Attending and resolving guest complaints.
• Verification of supplies consignments.
• Organise on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.

We are currently seeking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the housekeeping operation @Pestana Porto Covo Village,

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel
• Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
• Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
• Organise inventories with accounts and General Store for linen, uniform, and fixed assets

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar.
