Job summary

Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort in Sagres, Algarve, is seeking an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support the daily management of the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, ensuring the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and service.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in hospitality, experience in supervising teams, good English, and strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to working with staff.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
• Experience in supervising and managing teams.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Housekeeper in daily management and organisation of Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Assist room attendants, public areas teams and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with quality, service, hygiene and presentation standards.
