PrimeIT is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and validate ML/DL/LLM-based solutions across our platforms. You will translate PoCs into MVPs in collaboration with software engineers and data scientists, ensuring scalable and production-ready results.

You will mentor junior engineers, stay current with AI trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business value. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, ML, and DL.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with data analysis libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• English – Fluent (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior AI Engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and define AI-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and validate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Evaluate PoCs based on accuracy, scalability, and computational efficiency.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and continuously improve AI solutions to maximize business value.
• Translate successful PoCs into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) in collaboration with Software Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Optimize and fine-tune AI models to meet performance and business requirements.
• Test, validate, and support the deployment of AI solutions into production environments.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing platforms and contribute to the development of new AI-powered applications.
• Document technical solutions, methodologies, and development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior AI Engineers.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and LangChain.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with data analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their AI services.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
• Ability to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Salary Package & Benefits:

€1200 to €2000 (base salary) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
