Required: experience in paid campaign management, a marketing degree, digital marketing background, and fluency in Arabic (C1) and English (B2).

Qualificações

• Mandatory: experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Background in a Contact Centre or Advertising Tech environment.
• Fluency with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical and product queries.
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure service quality throughout the full case journey.
• Partner with technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives from day one.
