The role requires native Arabic with English around B2 and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. Prior contact center or customer support experience is a plus, and a related marketing degree is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Arabic native level or C2 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations & Engineering teams to resolve issues and share updates to improve user experience.
