Product Pulse is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit Arabic-speaking Advertising Support Specialists for a digital marketing project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will assist advertisers with platform questions, optimize their campaigns, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

The role involves chat, email, and phone support, onboarding in English, comprehensive training, and a 40-hour weekly rotation from Monday to Sunday.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in Classical Arabic (not Maghrebi).
• Strong English written and spoken proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in digital marketing and online advertising.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support small and medium-sized businesses through chat, email, and outbound phone interactions.
• Assist advertisers with platform-related questions, account support, and troubleshooting requests.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Guide customers on platform tools, features, and best practices to improve their advertising experience.
• Proactively contact customers when needed to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve technical and operational challenges affecting advertisers.
• Identify recurring trends and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work with multiple systems and tools while managing several customer interactions simultaneously.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
