For our Business Shared Center in Lisbon, we are looking for an Internship to support the Accounts Receivable team, working with UK and Netherlands markets.

What You Will Do

1. You will support in the E-mails & Ticket Distribution, making time through dunning and reminders.
2. You will support the Vendor Master Data’s Ticket request on our Global Service Portal.
3. You will take care of all MDG Approvals.
4. After an appropriate induction, you will support different countries in the entire invoice handling.

Who You Are

1. You are a student/new graduate in Economy/Account or Management.
2. You can communicate efficiently in English (fluency in an additional language will be considered a plus).
3. You have a natural customer-oriented attitude and you love solving problems.
4. You manage well with Excel and the Microsoft Office package.
